CEF.A, you make a good point Botox Recieved info the next share issuance could happen late Dec. NOTE: cannot verify if INFO is true. Should CIBC buy at par that will mean the share price is due to drop approx 15% or so using present price range. I watch anonymous controlling almost all trading so I would gather when anon is both seller and buyer for individual trades the share price is being kept under control. This would mean that CIBC must be anonymous and is the benefactor of the skimmed arbitrage. I am trying to get my mind around this as it has cost me dearly every time this game happens. Seems unethical but of course where money and legalities are concerned ethics are the last thing to hold any value. If there is a public announcement outlining the exact dates of issuances then I apologize for the rant.
