Jeff: I think this is good news, although it is a bit of a mixed bag. An investor named Jack A. Benaroya filed a 13d with the SEC recently to report a change in his stock holdings in Ozon. He apparrently acquired another approx 120,000 shares in exchange for a note owed by the company on top of significant other Ozon holdings that put him over the 5% level. The good news is that this "private investor" owns around 504,000 share of Ozon common. The bad news is that he sold around 280,000 shares over the last two+ weeks. The good news is that he didn't sell it all and still holds his 504,000 shares. I'm too tired to due the research, anyone know who this guy is? He's from Seattle. He doesn't appear to be an insider. Is he someone who got stock in a transaction with the company? or is he just a private investor?
