No, gays do not have equal rights because they are unable to marry the individual they prefer as non-gay people can. That is not equal, that is violation of civil rights. I thought you right wingers were all for freedom LOL. Obviously you are only for your own freedom and the freedom to oppress and abuse others. You guys are such hypocrites.
