Another infrastructure play like JEC?
A couple stats catch my eye:
Return on Equity: 29% (= well managed?)
Altman's Z-Score Ratio: 5.25 (= won't go bankrupt?)

The longer trend, e.g., 12-month MA, is still down tho.
