ARRS had 700 mhz tower transmission since 2004, for 20,000 customers per tower. This sounded good for many underdeveloped country without HFC telephony systems. Does this mean ARRS telewires had to have solar cells power system as well? GE has fuel cell system, but that will require water and batteries.
