There shouldn't be. His grandmother was apparently mis-translated. When the interviewer pressed the issue, she told him Obama was born in Hawaii.

Unless the laws were different back then, Obama was not an Indonesian citizen. Apparently it is very difficult for non-Indonesian minors to become citizens without having an Indonesian father. Besides, even if that were the case, unless they went to an embassy or consulate and specifically renounced his US citizenship, the US would have considered him a citizen.

If they had renounced his citizenship, there would be an official record of it.
