Yeah... I would think that!

But, perhaps their thinking process goes like this: "If I can get a $100 million dollars or so right now... then, what are the odds anyone is going to be able to claw-back that before I make my graceful 'get-away' in retirement... or 'traveling the world' of some such?"

Odds are likely still very favorably inclined towards TAKING the chance.
