Should a Christian photographer be fined if she declines to do a gay wedding or commitment ceremony, as one was in NM? Should the doctor who referred a lesbian to another doctor for in vitro fertilization be found guilty of discrimination as the one was in CA? Should a church be forced to arrange adoptions to gay parents or not be allowed to do any as in MA? Should church owned property be denied tax exemption as in NJ if they don't allow a gay wedding on the property? Should 7 year old kids be taught that gay marriage is normal in schools against their parents wishes? Should they be read childrens books which depict men marrying men and men kissing men? The Constitution doesn't just say no establishment of religion, it also says the free exercise of religon shall not be infringed. Letting people decide what values to hold, to teach their children, and what actions to take or not to take is a fundamental expression of exercising one's religion.
