Tom, thanks for an answer that attempts to address a real issue. As you know, rule 144 restrictions don't last forever though. Am I correct in assuming that the Pfd. series A stock was authorized in an earlier era? Since you know more about it than I do, I'll take your word about the 10% chance but I'd sure like to see you put some public meat on those tmmi bones. I will have a great holiday and I wish you the same. While I'm far from ready to turn bullish on tmmi, I still wish you the best because I know how much of your personal and business life is tied up in this venture. What would it take for me to turn bullish? A $olid new$ relea$e with $ome $ale$ contract$ or $ome $uch evidence that revenue$ are forthcoming. Arnie
