Maybe he will just do a blanket pardon. Something along the lines of "Everyone knows Republicans are faithful and honest Americans. So I am pardoning all of them because they were obviously railroaded for purely partisan reasons...". You're really holding out for this mad rush of pardons. I think you'll be disappointed. Seems to me the people who really need pardons these days are pretty much Democrats. Has a Republican ever attempted to sell a Senate seat? Has a Republican HW&M Chairman ever been guilty of income tax evasion? Has a Republican ever been caught with thousands of dollars wrapped in tinfoil in his freezer? This kind of corruption will have the Dems out on their ears very quickly if they don't get it under control.
