Cao is impressing me so far.

If you went around America with a lantern, looking for an "honest politician," the last place you would look is Louisiana. Corruption is the "Mother's Milk" of the "Big Easy."

Of all the ones there, among the worst is Jefferson. A first class crook who is on his way to the "Gray Bar Hotel."

So I am delighted to see a man of his obvious quality take him down.

I was intimately involved in helping to settle Vietnamese refugees whose first stop was Camp Pendleton. As an 8-year-old, he was probably there when I was in the "Tent City" working with them.

A few years later, it seemed like every HS Valedictorian in Orange Country CA, came from Vietnam. Overall, a great success story.
