I agree. I have an all electric mower, several power tools, and edger/weeder. Lithium Ion batteries are in everything. I am always amazed at the amount of time people spend saying something can't be done, while others just charge ahead and reap all the rewards from it. This thread is a great example of that. I'm glad the people in charge now are the sort that will charge ahead and create a new source of wealth for this country through alternatives, even as the people who will benefit from that new wealth claim that it cant' be done.
