Back when the stock price dropped from 1.00 to .50 I sent an email via the polymet website inquiring if there was any new information available...here is the response a couple wks later; it is nice to know they respond to questions by individual investors (yesterday)

Dear Mr. xxx :

Thank you for your email below and I apologize for the delay in responding.

With respect to the share price, we have no new information that would warrant the current stock price.

In connection with the EIS, currently the Department of Natural Resources (the “DNR”) is in the final stages of wrapping up the draft EIS. All of the test work and analysis has been completed and the chapters have been written so it is now in the final editorial phase. Once the DNR has completed its work, the draft EIS will then go for a final review to other government agencies which have requested up to 30 days to complete their review. After incorporating any editorial changes, the draft EIS will be published in the bi-monthly Minnesota State Environmental Quality Board Monitor which starts a 45-day public comment period with public meetings being held in both northern Minnesota and near Minneapolis/St. Paul.

The draft EIS is thorough and quite comprehensive. An example of the results of four years of environmental review and planning can be seen on slide 16 of the Company presentation on our website (www.polymetmining.com). You will see that the red line is rock which is most susceptible to producing acid, which has been stable for the last 2 years of approximately 30 months of testing, and produces water with acidity levels somewhere between coffee and milk. It is actually less acidic than rain water reacting with leaves on the ground in autumn.

While the EIS process has been frustrating, we do believe that the document will be of exceptionally high quality.

Please feel free to get in touch with us should you have any further questions or comments and we would be pleased to assist.

Best regards,

Stephanie Hunter
