Any business (like a photographer) can reject a job, pretty much for any reason. Any doctor can decline to perform a particular medical service, like abortion.

McDonalds doesn't do work like a contractor, it sells products to the public.

To make an analogy for McDonalds, they could, if they so desired, choose to close on Sundays if they wished. Or religious holidays. They could also go kosher if they wished and refuse to serve non-kosher food.

It would not be discriminatory for McDonalds to refuse to serve non-kosher food in that instance. Nor would it be discriminatory to refuse to serve food on religious holiday.

It would be a denial of religous freedom to force a doctor to perform an abortion, to force a business to provide services on religious holy days, to force a business to perform at ceremonies that clash with the business owners religion, etc. etc.

Now how about clarifying that you want Christian doctors to be forced to provide abortions and other service that violate their religiious convictions or be forced out of business. And that you want any and all businesses to be forced to provide services that violate their religious convictions.
