Hard decision. I think some people are genuinely concerned that this is throwing good money (ok, China's money) into a pit when it might be spent on things that would benefit the economy.

The American public is still so against this and Paulson and Bernanke don't seem to be offering a lifeline either even if they have billions floating around somewhere.
