No, I'm not arguing photographers and doctors can be fined for not doing things that violate their religious beliefs. Thats YOUR argument.

Then it is also a denial of religious freedom to close down government services on Christmas Day and inconvenience non-Christians. It is also a denial of religious freedom to force people to listen to Christmas carols in public venues or to see Christmas trees in public areas.

I don't think so. But I'm not surprised to see you claiming this. So in your America, religious people would be banned from medicine and many businesses. No religiously oriented holidays would be recognized and Christmas music and Christmas trees would be banned from public sight.

Stay outraged over things like this, will you?

So, you are saying that a doctor can refuse to perform an abortion because it conflicts with his belief system

Of course.

but that a woman has no right to an abortion even if NOT having an abortion conflicts with her belief system?

Whether women have rights to abortions is a matter for states to legislate on, imo.
