Since Obama has hired an army of lawyers to bury his past we only have limited information. We definitely have a non-statement from Hawaii. We have some vague evidence that Obama travelled under a Kenyan passport when he was about 20. There are a few recordings of Obama's grandmother saying Obama was born in Kenya.

Obama's Army of 4 -5 million foot soldiers are descending on Washington in January to party at his inauguration or riot like the US has never seen.

It seems unlikely that President Bush 43 has not seen the documents, or at least been briefed on what the real story is. As damaged as he is from the disloyal democrat and partisan media sniping he may feel he can't do anything. OTOH throughout the last eight years President Bush 43 has remained more bipartisan than any other politician I can think of in Washington. He may be burying Obama's Certificate of Live Birth scandal in a last show of asymetrical bipartisanship.

There is always the possibility that Obama is legally on solid ground and he is playing this like a drama queen. He as $30M in his accounts so hundreds of thousands of dollars on a drama play may be affordable to the guy who needed to dirty his hands to save $300,000 on his home in Chicago.
