Honestly, I have no idea why the CEO is still there. If the board was doing its job they would have removed him already. His performance is just terrible but that does not stop the board rewarding him with excessive pay, bonuses and options. He has given himself an outrageous golden parachute so if he gets removed he receives excessive compensation for an abysmal performance record. I do not believe the RNAi treatment is anything worthwhile. Just more nonsense from an untrustworthy CEO. I hope to be out of this stock within 12 months.
