Intel and lack of any patent infringments at the bottom of
the article:

belief that we're in compliance. But if Intel wants to sue, well. . ."

So far Glen Henry has delivered so I think that part 2 of my
suit question is answered....IDT can defend the C6.

As far as will Intel sue...well from reading amd's 94 10k....
amd began shipping the amd 486 in q2 of 1993 and Intel filed
suit on April 28 1993....In fact they filed an injunction.
So as obvious as this may seem it is worth saying each day
that goes by without an Intel suit makes the likely hood
of an Intel suit much less.

Well I feel better.
