That is old news. The media keep republishing the story to excite inattentive wingnuts. It gives wingnuts some hope that their Messiah Complex will not be for naught.

The Berg case is scheduled for tomorrow and is of interest. It covers the whole range of the issues. The rest are partial cases and could have resulted in rational people being unsatisfied with the results. The SCOTUS will be doing a grave disservice to the country if they fail to uphold the Constitution.
