Code 14 persists. Code 14 registers systemics, its about prevailing systems intent. Its describing a condition within the market that reduces it to levels of contrivance. There are statistical as well as mechanistic factors built into the characterization. At this juncture as the new pieces are on the wire....we should be patient......remain M neutral....be aware of the last 30 day ranges.....might even SPtO, which is by itself a derivative long position.
