That's interesting.. I see they are offering in the "usual suspect" places where they probably have a glut load..:) Probably, they can at least cover their carrying costs with this deal...

And you are right, they are trying to push the fence sitters off in a quick fashion..

If a company like that was contemplating going bk, would it help or hurt having a big inventory of homes?.. I don't know.. Just thinking out loud..
