No, religious people do not have to be banned from anything. If, however, they refuse to do their job they can be fired or sued or fined.

Cab drivers, for example, cannot refuse to pick up white people just because they are white. That is a condition of their right to practice their profession.

Pharmacists, as a condition of their right to practice their profession, are required to dispense medication as directed by doctors. It is not their place to play doctor or God ON THE JOB. They can do as they like off the job.

There are plenty of people who do things they do not agree with as a condition of employment. What, you think that only fanatically religious pharmacists and doctors do things they dislike?

If you own a bar and disagree with the 21 year age limit, you cannot sell a 19 year old a drink. If you are a ticket taker at a movie theater, you cannot refuse to sell tickets to a movie you think is immoral. If you are in the army, you cannot refuse to fight in a war you believe to be illegal. If you are a judge, you cannot ignore laws you don't believe in.

People do things ALL THE TIME that they disagree with. Why are you protecting only religious people? Why are you discriminating against everyone else?

You are unfair. You only want things to favor yourself and people like you.
