For over a decade, the defenders of shortie scams relentlessly have defended MM's and claimed they are doing public services and not just putting money in their pockets. It's unclear which part of his complicated business is a scam, but odds are that the entier business is.

So-styled internet "cyber sleupps" have missed the boat. Yes, there is plenty of scamming in the penny markets, but the bigger scam has been in naked shorting, fails to deliver, unregulated hedge funds and big market cap company management excesses, most of which has been addressed here for years.
