That statement makes sense...only if you forget about the $700+billion+ bailout.

It makes a lot of sense even if your thinking of the $700bil bailout as you say it.

One bailout doesn't justify another. In fact to the extent that you throw resources at one bailout it makes other additional bailouts LESS justified.
