Doubt if it is much comfort, IC, but I also doubt there is any connection between that company and the Ampex we knew at all. I just did a lightning skim of the K, and it is strictly an Israeli company. They simply saw the value in the name I guess---it always had intrinsic value but management never figured out a way to use it. This company has 8.7 million redeemables outstanding (which literally made me laugh out loud. About 27 million common shares. Trading over present cash value;so I do not know how they managed that valuation in this market. Perhaps the principals have very high reputations.
