The thing that concerns me is that if cert is denied in all the cases, the issue will be left unresolved, and will take on a life of its own. The question will be left hanging whether the court refused to hear the case because O is a "natural born citizen," (and hearing the case is a waste of the Court's time) or whether they refused the case because of the complications that would result because he isn't.

Resolution of the issue seems so simple to me, just production of the legal birth certificate. I can't get it through my head what the reason would be for refusing to produce the piece of paper that would quash all this speculation.
