Try this on for size: Obama is a natural citizen; he applied for and received grants and scholarships fraudulently claiming to be an Indonesian resident / citizen.

If that scenario were true then there would be cause of action against him from every organization he defrauded. He might have undergraduate and graduate schools that could turn him into a criminal. He may ave received Indonesian government grants and or US government grants. Each of these governments could turn the guy into a criminal.

In my understanding the statue of limitations starts wen the facts become discoverable. Rather than the clock having run out long ago, it would just be starting the moment he provides the evidence.

This also could explain his dispatching an army of lawyers to each of the schools. There could be many documents at each tat could prove or merely hint at is fraud.

As a bonus, here is a fact that I learned from an Indonesian student when I was in college. The government was providing grants to students for foreign study. They came with strings attached. At that time (I recall that) the student was required to work for the Indonesian government after leaving school. They could not even stay in the country they had studied in. Barry and I were in college withing spitting distance of the same time.
