You must be eating less of something else.

OF COURSE I AM! I am eating less high carb foods and more with lower carbs. I have eliminated wheat, corn and sugar. I still fill my stomach each day, but with foods that tend to not store in the body as fat. I use the snacks to cut hunger so I don't overeat. My "twice a day" snack is a Strawberry smoothie to fill me up. The two cups of skim milk with strawberries and Splenda only give me 86 calories and twelve carbs. I walk around with a full stomach and lose weight.

That's the whole point of permantly changing my diet.
