Of course. I do the same thing. My diet is about 50% fat. That's the only way I'm able to eat so little.

It is not logical, however, to claim that walnuts don't cause weight gain or that fat doesn't cause weight gain because, in isolation, they do.

Claiming otherwise is the same sloppy thinking we have discussed before with regard to wheat and lipid test results where the outcome is not isolated to wheat but claimed to be caused by wheat.
