Buddy: What you are suggesting would be judicial over reaching. It is what may happen on January 10th or so after the poser refuses to cooperate and the Electoral College still has not been allowed to meet. At that point it would be appropriate use of judicial authority. At this point it is still the apparent poser's responsibility to do the right thing. He appears to have missed the soft deadline of December 1st 2008. He appears to have missed the hard deadline of December 9th or so set by a reasonable delay in mail delivery after December 1st. He continues to project the image of illegitimacy. Obama (nee Barry Soetoro) can cooperate or he can precipitate a Constitutional crisis. So far he os projecting the belief that the threat of a 4 million person riot in Washington will prevent justice from prevailing.
