okay guys, and gals,..funding..they have about 4 million in cash, no debt, and enough to hold out till next year, at present rates of spending.
now they really have no problem with financing for several reasons, all of these are mine, i thought them up.. as they proceed, they will announce facts that are going to make the stock rise in price. like, the november aids conferrence tha they are one of the main speakers to update the world on aids and their drugs.. then, they got someplace hanging out to dry, a deal with dow for over a million in cash.. plus that england deal to close by next hear sometime.
now, over 4.75 for 20 trading days and they could call in the convertible warrents. that brings in about 7 million in cash for free. cost? allready figured in current prices.. will it happpen? of course.
then, i see stock at about 7 to 9 area, just for conversation... instead of calling in the warrents, they sell 2 million shares in a secondary or, private placement and pick up 16 million , or so. lots of folks got to remember, with 12 million or so shares out..they can sell more shares if the market can handle it.. aas the stock rises in price, the selling of company stock rises in interest and value. how about a merger for stock with some other outfit with cash? lots of ideas whhen the stock is over, say six area.
last thought.. i have traded from 5 to 20 thousand shares every few moths with prln and it has been my biggest money producer in the market.not suggesting others do so, but, its a great stock to hold, to trade, or anything.
this little area we have with us folks on s.i. is great. i hope the contrarians don't find us.. i lik ethe fact that we are diverse in thinking, sharee thoughts, and i know lkittle about products or charts,..butr, i sure read tapes great..
over five and watdh the interest develop. and it will happen. time frame? i like to think that the novemer aids meeting to be the date we see over five to six area. |
