I think it would be hilarious if not so sad that the Fed refuses to disclose their actions yet wants to now go out and issue thier own debt against all this "unknown" toxic debt. Who would buy this crud other than people playing with other people's money. No one would put thier own money at risk in this stuff!! Fed considering issuing its own debt.... reuters.com
