Another 4godnwv post siliconinvestor.com "Time for the miners to shine? As seen from the chart below, we are in the second period in the last ten years that has seen metal ouperform the miners. Since the 1st quarter of 2006 the miners have been falling against spot. Wise investors have taken advantage of this by accumulating physical assets over the last three years. While it is hard to say exactly when the trend will reverse, the 'Gold Miners Index' is currently in well oversold conditions. The RSI is signaling a move off the bottom and with the current ratio @ .96, we are close to flat. It would seem prudent here to begin accumulating mining stocks."
