No, not really. The detail that does matter is the piss poor amount of shopping being done at what is considered one of the top malls in the country. This was the last frontier for die- hard shoppers. It is catering mostly to a highly affluent demographic. Someone swiped a 300k diamond 2 weeks ago. cbs3.com ( LOL -I just watched the video. Same security guy still there last night. Big dude missed. Why not fired?) CRE is even more dead than we'd already guessed- if that's even possible.
