Should be, but won't. There are nowhere near enough people of that caliber in this country, at least not with the ability to do that job.

Nardelli and Cerberus are a classic example to me of incompetence in corporate governance. Nardelli messed up Home Depot during the largest housing boom in the nation's history. Then Cerberus hires him to run Chrysler. Either Cerberus management is incompetent or they wanted Chrysler to fail from the beginning. Maybe both.
