Jpg: I totally agree...We gotta have much more transparency in the marketplace. Why was the SEC afraid or unable to investigate the Madoff Investment firm properly..?? There is no way a $50 Billion ponzi scheme should be allowed to happen in today's world -- especially with all the tracking mechanisms that are available. We most likely will see more regulation of Hedge Funds and Alternative Investment vehicles...Obama has got to give the new leader of the SEC the motivation and resources to really get tough...no fooling around starting in 2009...maybe some heads need to roll on Wall Street...LOL.
