An example of not filing paperwork was when Cabot and money
management fund were accused of illegal trading in PRST. It took
over 1 year for resolution and the only result was a small fine($10,000)
for not filing the proper papers on time.

Everyone complains about how slow the government moves. What
makes you think that they will move quickly on this issue to
just help the obvious shorts?
