The 1st thing i do if I feel like crap in the winter is to check for CARBON MONOXIDE.

get one detector for each floor and place them nearer the ceiling than the floor.

and if you live in a condo.....or apartment type structure you can be poisoned by any furnace in the building that goes bad.
