Not very likely.

US military aircraft communicate on digital spread spectrum frequencies with encryption. They also do not engage commercial towers.
If a US aircraft deliberately entered Iranian airspace, it would not identify nor would it communicate. Somebody's pipe dream.

Now if Iran could gets its mits on some of those Sukhoi-35s that Syria covets, the F-18 will be the one turning tail.
