my weight had been steady for last two weeks. now down a few more pounds to 196. No update on my blood work , sent email to doctor requesting he follow with his office.

waist size 38 getting some room in them. continue to work out with cable and hand weights. I haven't changed my diet at all since starting. Working out has made a big difference in physical appearance while losing weight, in addition to much more strength and flexibility.
