VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 16, 2008) - Reservoir Capital Corp. ("Reservoir" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: REO.V) is pleased to report that its validation diamond drillhole PA-1, on the Parlozi (Kosmaj-Babe) Exploration Permit in central Serbia has intersected multiple zones of silver, lead, zinc and gold mineralization. The best precious metals intercepts include:

The drill hole intersected a sequence of interbedded limestones and marls intruded by Neogene dacites. Silver-rich sulphide mineralization is associated with intense silicification of the marls and limestones. Gold is associated with arsenopyrite mineralization and occurs in strongly silicified metasedimentary rocks close to the contact with the intrusive dacite. The Company notes that the replacement style of mineralization is similar to other deposits associated with Neogene magmatism in the western Balkans, but that Parlozi is remarkable for its high content of precious metals.

The Serbian Ore Deposit database reports an historic resource of 6.5 million tons at an average grade of 4.1% lead, 2.1% zinc, 0.3% copper and 130 grams per ton silver for the Parlozi deposit that was estimated from 15,105 meters drilling during the 1970's and 1980's. This historic resource estimate is not compliant with National Instrument 43-101, but is considered by the Company to be relevant to the exploration of the property. The Company drilled PA-1 to a depth of 600 meters through the main zone of the Parlozi lead-zinc-silver deposit and considers that these results support the historical data. The drilling program was designed to contribute to the validation of the earlier work, and understanding of the mineralization. Relevant maps and sections are posted on the Company's website ( www.reservoircapitalcorp.com).

Quality Control

The assays reported in this press release refer to diamond drill core that was sawed in half at the Company's sample preparation facility in Belgrade. Half the core was sampled and crushed to less than 2 millimeters, with the remaining half of the core stored for reference. The first batch of 96 samples were submitted to the ISO 17025 accredited ALS Chemex laboratory in Vancouver, Canada for analysis, and the second batch of 42 samples were submitted to the ALS Chemex laboratory in Rosia Montana, Romania, where they were analyzed for gold and the pulps were forwarded to the ALS Chemex laboratory in Vancouver, Canada for multi-element analysis. Gold was analyzed by fire assay with an AAS finish, and multi-element analyses were determined by ICP MS techniques. The Company conducts routine QA/QC analysis on all assay results, including the systematic utilization of certified reference materials, blanks and duplicates.

Dr. Duncan Large, Chartered Engineer (UK) and Eur. Geol., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and consultant to the Company, is responsible for the preparation of the technical information in this release.
