I just jumped into MVCO. Obvious upside if deal goes through in early Jan. Even if the deal doesn't go through, stock is near 52-week low. Plus, this is an Obama infrastructure play. IMHO, the risk/reward is excellent right here. This name may just be way under the radar due to its tiny size.

Do you have any other similar plays?
