I always see a lot of people saying how bad things are but they don't really offer any alternatives. Likewise, I constantly see people saying terrorism is bad without offering alternatives. At the moment, if the world were to do nothing with regard to Somalia, that would be a big improvement. One constructive idea: have the UN prevent foreign poachers from fishing in Somali waters.
