Those look like nice opportunities. Not so horrendously leveraged like PMQ, for example.

One concern is the long duration and the potential for future inflation. I've thought about hedging that risk by buying TBT - the short Treasury proshares fund.

I've just been reviewing my tax situation too - I'm one of the lucky ones with taxable gains. I wonder if muni's are weak partially because there are fewer people with gains around. Some of those who formerly needed the tax free income no longer need to avoid taxable income.
