Not only that, I don't know how anyone feels safe without them.

We keep guns on both sides of the bed -- so me and my wife can both get to them in an instant if necessary. I don't think I could sleep without them.

Of course, any idiot who comes in my house at night has bigger problems than the guns. We have a bulldog that just about ripped the UPS guy to shreds not long ago. Still, having guns available definitely makes our home a safer place. If nothing else, I may have to shoot the dog sometime.
