Dogs are such a trivial obstacle. One poisoned piece of meat, a little wait, and that dog is dead.

Actually, one would have to get close enough to him to to deliver the tainted food product. For a stranger to do that he would be taking a huge risk, and it certainly could not be done quietly.

I agree some dogs can be dealt with that way. Mitch Rapp does it all the time.
