Hmmm.

I think that there are a lot of low stress, half time jobs older people can do effectively. How about:

landscaping,

house cleaning,

personal cook,

tutoring/teaching,

day care.

I like to cook. I don't like to sit in traffic going to the grocery store. But I wouldn't mind somebody coming in for three hours a day at say $12/hour to do that for me. Thing is, lots of these are done by illegal immigrants. Change is on the wind.
