Dear Paul: I've have to work a little this morning, then I will tell you all I know about TSMS (transcoastal) I started a thread on it so check that out. It is a "new" corp formed from the merger of 4 oil service companies that basically build the off shore oil platforms, there is a lot more info on it but in short, it will be the biggest supplier of this service fromm la to tx after they merge.
