It's the Vitamin D.

That's my best judgement, based on an overnight review of what seems like an almost-miracle. To achieve a reversal of my coronary plaque 14 months after discovering it is almost beyond belief. But the tests are there to prove it.

I used the whole "basket" of TYP recommendations to reverse my plaque. Reduce weight. Take the supplements. Can I pull out any one of these things and say, "this made the difference?" Yes, I can.

The first thing I did was get on Vitamin D supplementation.

I got on it massively. Taking 8000IU a day for 6 months, and 6000IU a day for the last 8 months. We don't know yet what a "therapeutic dose" of Vitamin D is, but I had to have been in the range.

Vitamin D is very easy to measure in the blood level. The medical profession considers a level of "30" to be sufficient. TYP wants at least "60." I got mine to "80" and have held it there.

One thing that is obvious in treatment is that there are certain "levels" of drugs and supplements that cause things to happen. Below that level, nothing seems to be happening. Above it, and it's like you flipped a switch.

I "flipped a switch" with vitamin D.

Dr Davis has just been really watching the results of Vitamin D supplementation for a couple of years. But he has already seen results related to heart disease that surprise him.

One that he posted about recently is several cases of aortic valve murmur being repaired by the use of vitamin D. What he has reported about these cases and other heart related ones doesn't always happen. It doesn't work all the time. But it does work for some.

The beauty of using D-3 as a supplement is that it is very cheap and can be taken safely in large doses. The ONLY bad reactions to D have been about taking the prescription D-2 type. And they were very rare and at extremely large dosages. 20,000IU or better.

What we need done are studies of vitamin D supplementation in very large dosages, getting people to an 80-100 blood level or better.

I am not only keeping my 6000IU dosage, I am upping it to 8000IU. I suggest all here do the same. Buy the Carlson 2000IU bottles with 360 softgels. Just "Froogle" them for the best price.
